We are a full service 33 year old auction company that sells real estate and personal property involved in estates in the Memphis area. We can sell personal property ONLINE using our own online auction portal through MarkNet Alliance. This exposes the property to a vast nationwide pool of potential buyers. With an online auction, potential buyers are in your house only a few hours as opposed to several days as is a conventional sale. We also sell real estate involved in an estate and can sell both personal and real property at online auction or live auction or a combination of both.We normally sell the property on site and each online auction provides an inspection period prior to the conclusion of bidding. Buyers pre register and pay with credit cards the night the auction ends. We are licensed and bonded by the state of Tennessee through the Tennessee Auctioneers Commission and the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Walker Auctions is also licensed in Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri and other states. We are active members and present board members of the National Auctioneers Association. Lance and Terri Walker have Masters Degrees in Education, are auctioneer instructors and are known nationwide for their auction expertise. We have successfully sold estates that included homes, automobiles including a 2012 Carrera Porsche, household goods, antiques and land. We are licensed in 12 states.
