•Limited entry to the property, sign up on sheet You will enter in order of signup. We thank you for your patience.

•Parking is limited please do not block neighbor’s driveway.

•Valuables and jewelry are kept off premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.

•Please bring your own boxes and help to move any large items you purchase. We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

•The family does have the right to remove an item prior to the sale. We apologize if an item posted is not available. We look forward to seeing you at our sale!

     Come take a drive out in the country to see this estate sale. For the small family orchard there is a walnut huller w/conveyor belt (see the video on website). Check out the commercial welder, Delta bandsaw, and Craftsmen yard vac. For the home, we have couches, oak dining table, white hutch, dressers, armoire, chrome shelving, white pantry/storage cabinet, coffee tables, end tables, carved dresser with mirror. The crafter will love the Cricut Explore, cutting mat, eCraft Craftwell and tons of scrapbooking supplies.  Framed prints include ducks, Oakland A’s and other art. Kitchen pots, pans, glassware, baking dishes, and much, much, more! Come out and see us they have a nice assortment of items you will not want to miss!

The door opens promptly on Friday at 8 (NO EARLY BIRDS). Sign up on paper on the trash can.  Come early for best selection. Come back again for best deals!
