For Appointment Only Sales
• Stay home if you are sick or have a cough.
• You will sign up online for an appointment. We can only have a small group of people in the house at one time.
• We have limited spots so please be on time for your 30 to 60 min. appointment.
• We will have a hand sanitizer station before you enter and the sink available for you to wash your hands.
• Bring and wear a mask
• Practice 6' Social distancing-observe the number of shopper signs posted on each room
• Bring credit card or small bills.

•We accept CASH and all sales are final and sold AS IS so please check items carefully. Prices are not quoted before the sale.
•We are not responsible for injuries or accidents. It is recommended by the Sutter county health department to wear masks and social distance. We are not responsible for viruses, illnesses. or disease.
•Limited entry to the property, sign up on the sheet. You will enter in order of signup. We thank you for your patience.
•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.
•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.
•Please bring your own boxes and help to move any large items you purchase. We reserve the right to refuse admittance into our sale. NO EARLY BIRDS. Out of respect for the privacy of the family please do not disturb.

We will be back at the Yuba City Appointment Only sale for a Friday one-day clean out (or we could say everything must go sale). We still have a house full of great furniture, hand tools, collectibles, and more. We will also be adding a few sterling silver items and costume jewelry (these items have not been at the sale and will be our fair price). Please check the list at the bottom of our description for an updated list for some of the items we have left. Many things are 1/2 off or greatly reduced. You can also fill-a-bag for $5 on certain items. We want to invite you to a real treasure hunt. This house contains 46 years of collecting over four generations. We are all set with a centrally located sink if you would like to wash your hands. This a clean, smoke-free, pet-free home. Many items for hobby photographers, beautiful framed photography prints, and more. Well maintained household furniture, a large collection of gourmet kitchenware, kitchen gadgets, glassware, and bakeware, hand tools, camping gear, some vintage camping. You will find craft room supplies, notions, fabric, and many misc. crafting supplies, plus, books, records, CDs, Christmas, vintage electronics, and speakers. Also, there are office supplies, printers, large poster/photo printers, and desks. Shop for many health and medical-related necessitates walkers, and grabbers. There is a nice selection of large men’s and women’s upscale clothing and two beautiful wedding gowns size 6-8. We also have garden supplies and yard tools. We do need to get this house emptied.
