Our goal is to provide a safe & controlled environment for our shoppers & team. We will limit the number of shoppers inside the sale home based on the square footage of the home.  You may be asked to wait before entering the sale. Thank you for your understanding. 

Directions: From Stadium, turn West onto Ash St.  Turn right on Orleans Ct. 

*  Numbers will be handed out starting by 7:15 am if the temperature is below freezing. Please ask for a number for each person in your group.
*  Please do not block driveways or mailboxes when parking.
*  Please do not hold a place in line for others. This is not fair to those who stand in line. Thank you for your cooperation.

Process for purchasing the car:
    *  You may test drive the car during sale hours upon proof of license and insurance.
    *  You may place your highest silent/hidden offer in person at the sale house before 11 am on Saturday.
    *  At the end of the sale all offers will be reviewed and the highest bidder will be notified.
    *  A 1000$ deposit will be required for the winning offer on Saturday by 1:30 pm.  The remaining purchase price will be due on Monday.  
    *  The Title will be transferred to the new owner once payment has cleared.
    *  All offers must be a minimum of $10,000.

Books/LPs/CD’s: Fiction, nonfiction(lots of gardening & bird books),  cookbooks, lots of CD's, VHS

Holiday: Two Christmas trees, Hallmark ornaments, Department 56, Snow Village Coca-Cola, Snow Village Campbell Soup, Snow Village McDonalds, nativity. 

Patio, Garage & Tools: Wide selection of patio furniture & decor, gazing balls, bird bath, fountain, bird feeders, patio umbrella with stand, vintage watering cans, Craftsman drill, wooden ladder, 2Craftsman mowers, hand tools, yard tools.

Items must be paid for and removed by the end of the sale. You must bring your own moving/loading help.
No returns of items are accepted.
Prices are not available before the sale.
We accept cash, local checks with identification, and credit/debit cards (a 4% fee will apply with this form of payment). We do not accept Venmo.
