We will have several hundred Lots trust me you will not be disappointed in the contents! There is nothing new here! The contents are true antiques & collectibles. We have barely scratched the surface of this wonderful old house & it's fabulous contents. Not to mention a large outbuilding. This is one of those sales you will always remember!
This it's going to be a very long auction it will take several hours for all of the lots to complete. 20 lots will sell every 15 minute's. With over 700 Lots the auction starts ending @ 4:00 p.m. on July 28th & will complete @ 12:00 A.M. so get your max bids in early.
Please be patient while we build the auction. I will post a longer description this week' complete a bullet point list of just some of the fantastic items available!

WE realize that this is a huge auction & and pick up will take more than 2 days please don't let this hinder you from purchasing items we will make arrangements for a later date the same week.
Pick Up by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Because this property is one way in and one way out we don't want to get backlogged with traffic and parking problems so please call and I'll make an appointment for you to pick up.
