This a Nice clean sale but lots of steps so be aware. This sale is Saturday and Sunday only. Sofa and loveseat by Broyhill good condition, nice occasional chair, small round oak table with 4 chairs extra leaves, large oak table 6 chairs with lots of leaves for a big family both in very good condition, matching buffet or hutch and 2 bookcases. 4 bar stools, rocking chair, chair with ottoman. Bed set with almost new mattress, matching nightstand. Rollaway trin bed that folds up. Nice clothing jeans, tops, coats even 2 fur ones and a long hooded sheepskin coat....
