We will offer in house shipping only on very small lots, local pickup in Jupiter Farms Florida is PREFERRED and will be scheduled for January 27th and 30th ONLY. The property is for sale and needs to be emptied. We will not hold anything, for any reason past January 30th. Please ask any and all shipping questions before bidding.

Payment
Payment will be made using ATG’s autopayment method by credit/debit card. All International payments must be by wire transfer. If you wish to pay cash on pickup please call us immediately following the auction. Please pay your invoice within two days. All invoices that are unpaid will be automatically charged after 72 hours.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Jupiter Auction to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax

All property offered and sold by Jupiter Auction shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions below.
Buyers participating in Jupiter Auction?s auctions acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

By registering to and placing a bid through any means, whether present in person or by agent, by written bid, telephone, internet or other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Conduct of Auction: The auctioneer has the right, with sole discretion and without limitation, to determine the conduct of the auction, including advancing the bidding, to reject any bid offered, to reopen bidding on any lot, to withdraw any lot, to reoffer and resell any lot, and to resolve any dispute in connection with the auction. The auctioneer?s judgment is final and shall be binding upon auction participants.

2. Lot Descriptions: All items are sold as-is, where-is. Jupiter Auction has described all lots as accurately as possible, however, descriptions are not meant to be taken as a guarantee of any kind. Measurements provided are approximate and condition reports are provided as a courtesy prior to the auction. Prospective buyers may call or email Jupiter Auction before the auction with any questions. Jupiter Auction is not responsible for any errors or omissions contained in any catalog, report, inquiry response, or in any other description of the property. 3. Buyer's Premium: All bidders, including in-house, absentee, phone, and online, will be charged a buyer's premium of 23% of the hammer price on any lot. (live auctioneers charges an additional 5% premium to be paid by the buyer.)

4. Sales Tax: State sales tax will be collected and remitted by Liveauctioneers or Proxibid service. ALL RESALE certificates must be on file with (liveuactioneers.com) and Jupiter Auction BEFORE invoices are sent for the tax to be removed from the invoice. Please remit tax resale certificates to liveauctioneers.com and email resale certificates to: JupiterFloridaAuction@gmail.com as soon as you are interested in the auction.

Upon notice of such, the buyer must promptly return the property to Jupiter Auction and Jupiter Auction will provide a refund for the hammer price and buyer’s premium. Jupiter Auction will not be responsible for refunding or providing compensation for any shipping costs associated with the shipping to or return shipping of any rescinded sales. Buyers will have 14 days after the auction to contact Jupiter Auction if there is a misrepresentation of an item. Jupiter Auction will not be responsible for claims on any items 14 days after the auction date.
