We will have a sign-up sheet beginning at 8 am Thursday, with no entry to home until 9 am. Please respect the neighbors' wishes and DO NOT block driveways or park on the grass. All items are SOLD AS-IS. We accept CASH and CREDIT CARD ONLY with valid ID. No refunds after items are sold. Notifications given on the days of the sale take precedence over any prior written information. We DO NOT answer any inquiries regarding price via email or telephone. You enter the property and residence AT YOUR OWN RISK, and we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents or injury the days of the sale. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE, and WE DO NOT ASSIST OR MOVE ANY ITEMS. Bring your own moving men, transportation and equipment. Thank You!
