Framed Oil on Canvas landscape scene; circa 1902; signed JH Boel and features a man on a boat on a body of water. 
J.H. Boel was an impressionist & modern painter.   There is a note on the back on the frame that says this lovely painting was purchased around 1980 at Dayton's.
