This sale will be the final clean out of fully functioning 3BR AirBnB home. Large furniture items are currently listed in marketplace here and elsewhere. What doesn't sell will be priced to move at the open house sale.

The house must remain intact until New Years Day, when the final guests leave. You're welcome to set up viewings prior to sale as long as you understand you cannot take anything with you before January.
