- All purchases are “Sold AS IS” No returns, exchanges, or refunds accepted. All sales final.
- Please bring help for larger items. Assistance may not be available to help load the items at the time of purchase.
- Stomp’N Ground Estate Sales, LLC, Homeowners and Businesses, are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises during the Estate Liquidation Sale.
- Please be respectful of neighboring homes and businesses. Be mindful for no parking signs.
-Please do not block garage doors and parking lot.
-Coded exterior door to building will be opened at 9 AM. Please do not ring doorbells and disturb other tenants & and we will be letting a group of people in at a time due to the size of the condo.
