They have held a successful estate sales in my house. Ted and Eric are such easy going person, but also professional.

This team have spent a week to create a theme for the sale, set up the house in a neat style. Super efficiency and very considering for the house owner.

Eric & team are the embodiment of above and beyond. My house sale process has been very complicated, to say the least, particularly with the added stress of not living in Palm Springs. From the first interaction on the phone with Eric, to meeting him in person as we started planning the furniture sale, to the continued updates afterward, I very quickly felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Not only did they put together the sale in a very short amount of time, they also went many extra miles making sure I didn't have to worry about a lot of things that I would have otherwise needed to take care of. A business relationship driven by empathy and trust, how often do you see that these days? They even took on helping me with the remaining items that didn't sell on the spot, once again shaving off additional worries that would have otherwise popped up. And on top of all that, they took care of cleaning & polishing up the house afterward so it would be spotless for the new buyers. These guys saved the day! Our family had to liquidate our parent's home for a quick close and they stepped up and got EVERYTHING done with a day to spare, which was no easy feat. Wow, Eric and Ted are miracle workers. I recently sold an investment home in Palm Springs. Living in Los Angeles, I had no time to get to the property and sell the furniture. Eric is part salesman, part ringleader, part air traffic controller, part therapist. I never would have gotten this done without both of these guys. Eric not only sold the furniture, he helped with items like bringing the cablebox and router to Spectrum, dealt with a very restrictive HOA, and left the house 'ready to close (escrow)'. I can't emphasize enough how much of an asset these guys were...they simply get things done. They make executive decisions when/if necessary, but were sure to check with me on items of high importance. They even felt I was getting 'low balled' on too many items, and those items they refused to sell at the 'moving sale', and have moved them to their shop on consignment. I'm the #1 producing real estate agent in Downtown Los Angeles...and, if Eric and Ted were in my market, I'd happily and confidently refer them to every one of my clients, even the high-maintenance/impossible to please clients...because I know these guys would not only be able to appease such clients, but I suspect they'd be able to calm them down too!Kerry S.July 2017

As someone who has had the pleasure of Eric and Ted running my estate sale and also as a consumer, going to many of their estate sales, I have had nothing but great experiences with the boys! The research, the staging, and the time they put into every sale is unreal! When they take on a sale, they are working for the benefit of their client, without ever overcharging the estate sale attendees. They walk a high tightrope yet all parties are pleased with their professionalism. When you go home with a bargain, you can rest assured that Eric and Ted know what their inventory is and still want their attendees to find that hidden gem that keeps them coming back for more. We live out of town, were the survivor trustees and needed help. This incredible team stepped up to get the home ready for the sale, completed the sale as promised, and finished by having the home cleaned and sparkling to be put on the market (and that was no easy feat) In additional, our $$$ exceeded expectations. After reading the positive YELP reviews, we hired them to do my Aunt's estate sale. They came in and handled it all. From pricing to staging to advertising. Many of our neighbors and friends attended the sale and said they hardly recognized the home. It was set up so beautifully. They said the staff was plentiful and attentive and making deals and selling the stuff. The turnout was amazing! The amount we got far exceeded my expectations.
