I liked your initial presentation, which let me know exactly what to expect. I was immediately put at ease by the fact that there was no fine print, no confusing legalize, and no worrisome disclaimers.
Your presentation was first rate, with everything tastefully displayed on neatly organized tables, each with an elegant black skirt. I was amazed how you turned my unsightly piles of stuff into a shoppers dream!
After the sale, I was very pleased with the amount of things that had been sold, as it was much more than I expected. When I received the check for the proceeds of the sale, it became apparent that you have quite a knack for maximizing revenue from this type of event, which involved a vast array of items of all types and of greatly varying quality, condition, and desirability.
I was impressed with every aspect of the project, from the signs on the road, to the advertising on your web site, to the sturdy handle locks on the doors of the rooms that were not to be disturbed.

It’s like you waived a “magic wand” to immediately eliminate the overwhelming and daunting task of selling and removing all of the contents of my house, garage and yard in preparation for new ownership. I loved your enthusiasm and the level of business details and experience you communicated from the very first moment that we spoke over the phone. You made the event sound like so much fun.
