One of the best things I've ever done is hire Kim Teaver and Company to manage my mom's estate sale! This was my first experience with an Estate Sale and I had read horror stories from people who did not choose their company wisely. From my very first phone call with Kim (and many to follow) she was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We knew upon meeting her that we had found the right person. She was organized and thorough, offered valuable suggestions and had great people working for her.



From beginning to end Kim exceeded our expectations. My mom had a LOT of stuff including many collections, furs, vintage clothing, furniture, and a HUGE Department 56 Snow Village display, etc., and Kim handled all of that with ease. Heroes come in many shapes and sizes. But if you have a hero in your life they are a God-sent. Kim Teaver is my HERO! We are going through an extremely difficult transition time with our family member who lived in MN. We didn’t know
how we were going to handle the disposing of unnecessary household items since the rest of us live in the four corners of the States. In stepped Kim! She assured us that we didn’t need to worry about a thing! And she was right.

Not only did she organize and stage the items for sale in the most appealing manner, she found, secured and sent to us personal items we had not been aware of or even had the time to discover ourselves. Her professionalism set our troubled
souls to rest. We could trust completely in her honesty and work ethic. She kept us well informed on the stages of preparation and sent an inventory and followed up as she said she would.

The sale was arranged in such a charming way that our home looked like a boutique.  Everything was set out in each room beautifully with such care and style that complemented our 95 year old south Minneapolis home. The photos on the website were really good and showed off the items very nicely.  If you would like her to do it, she arranges donation for items that don’t sell and you will get a statement to obtain your tax deduction. She will even get a dumpster for you to throw away what you want to be rid of.
