( the road to the house is back in the woods. The road is paved; however it is for one vehicle only if you see another vehicle coming there is room to pull over) we don't want any damage to the grass or the sides of the road.

You MUST pick up on these two days as the house is getting new carpeting to the stairs and a few other things before it goes on the market September 1st.

PLEASE READ:
Please bring proper help to load furniture .We will not have anyone on hand to help load. Please bring boxes for multiple items & paper for items that need wrapping. Bring hand trucks, dollies & anything you know you are going to need to move your merchandise.

Items purchased & not picked up will be donated to charity. We will not store or transport items from one auction to the next to be picked up.

Shipping is provided by Pak Mail out of Peachtree City. We expect many items will be shipped. YOU Contact PAK MAIL & They'll contact me & I'll meet them onsite to pick up your items. PAK Mail will probably make one trip to pick up all items from this auction. Please call Pak Mail to make sure they can ship your items. Pak Mail pretty much can ship anything other than furniture.

AUCTION TIPS:
Please keep in mind when bidding that it's a good idea to go ahead & put in your Max bid. If someone bids against you the system will automatically bid for you. You will only be outbid if someone bids over your max bid. Many people wait until the end of the auction to bid. While this can be fun; you may lose the item you've been bidding on by just a couple of dollars.
20 items sell every 15 minutes until the auction is over.
