IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ! The pick up date for this auction is Wednesday, September 6th from 3:00 - 7:00. Winning bidders will be allowed to walk through the home and shop for items that are unsold or unlisted. We will not be available for late pick-ups, sorry. Items not picked up by the designated times will be forfeited and your credit card will still be charged. Sorry but we have no cash on pick-up option. Please email me prior to bidding if you need special arrangements and we will try to work with you if at all possible. You will receive an email with the pick-up address within 2 hours after the auction ends. All bids and sales are final. If you live near Pacific/Washington/Union, you can pick up in Villa Ridge if you let me know before the pick up date that I need to bring them back this way.
