As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

All items must be picked up in Provincetown (address provided to buyers) on Saturday August 17th between 9AM and 2PM. The location is about 45 minutes away from us so there is no earlier pick-up time. Because of limited parking, we can only have 3 people picking up at any given time. You can choose your pick-up time when you purchase the item. Early buyers get to pick their time first, etc.
The house is on a narrow road so you can't bring a vehicle larger than a van (a moving truck won't fit).
If you can't make it on Saturday the 17th, we may be able to make other arrangements. Please contact us before buying if you need to make special arrangements. Some items are available to be shipped. If you would like the items shipped, please contact us and we can explain the procedure and/or cost.
Storage Fees are: 5 days free and then $25 per week after. If the item is not picked up within 60 days, it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of in a manner of our choosing.
Delivery services may be available through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address for delivery fees and somebody will get back to you by email.
