Vintage (c1998) Hermes Scarf "Early America" by Françoise De La Perriere, Silk, Carre, Foulard - UNUSED

This is an UNUSED, never worn, authentic HERMES Silk Scarf entitles “Early America” with beautiful, vibrant, black and electric dark blue as foundation colors.

No imperfections…the silk is crisp to the touch…never worn before…plump hems. The scarf will drape beautifully.
Original creasing from the original box.
Care tag is attached.

The original box and catalogues are included.

This scarf pays homage to the young America: it features a beautiful, naïve rendition of George and Martha Washington surrounded by a variety of animals, foliage and children…the patterns of the scar are inspired, also, by the American artform of paper cutting or “carnivet”.
